If EPISEEK® is right for you, an independent licensed healthcare provider will review your records for eligibility and order your test.

The EPISEEK® test is for people 21 years and older, who are not pregnant or planning to get pregnant in the next three months, and who are not currently undergoing active cancer treatment.

This test is not currently available in the state of New York.
